What does it Feel like?

As you massage this face cleansing balm into your face, you will find it melts without the feeling of pulling at the skin, unlike regular balms that leave oil on your face. Its about this yielding texture that allows for easy massage and removal.

An oil cleanser/Balm is all about texture: You want the wax/oils to not feel too dry, but you want them to not feel too heavy either. You want them to wipe off, but you want a little residual layer left. You want them to have this cushiony push to them, so that as you’re massaging off whatever you’re taking off, your hands are moving freely and evenly, and this lives up to everything we designed it for. This gives you a control over the slip so you can use the amount basis your need – a regular wash or a long massage.

With clean, dry fingertips, take generous amount and massage thoroughly onto dry face and neck in circular motions to break down any daily impurities, spf and makeup.

Add a splash of warm water and continue massaging the skin to emulsify the balm into a light milk. Rinse thoroughly with warm water to take it all off or use a damp face cloth to take it off for a deeper cleanse. and do a final face rinse with warm water.

This gentle indulgent cleanser can be used in the morning as a one-step cleanser; or at night as the first part of a double cleansing ritual.

The "Cedar Forest," a divine and cool shady forest, is a significant location in Mesopotamian mythology, notably mentioned in the Epic of Gilgamesh. Legend has it that this forest was protected by Mesopotamian Gods for its Cedars, which gave rise to another name for the Cedar trees – the Cedars of God.
