Cancellation, Refunds and Returns Policy
RETURN POLICY
Returns will only be accepted for products that are physically damaged, have physical defects or if the incorrect product has been shipped. We request you to reach out to us via email on customercare@theskinbeneath.com with an unboxing video, and photos showing the damage, defect or incorrect/ missing product, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Please note that the damage/ defect needs to be evident in the photos for acceptance of your complaint. If you fail to share the right photos within 24 hours of receiving the order, unfortunately, we cannot entertain any such complaints thereafter, as the window to raise these claims with the shipping partner is closed after this time period. Any returns should be made in proper condition in the box that your order came in along with the safety packaging. If you do not return the product in proper packaging and condition, your return will be disqualified and we will reship the same package back to you.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used / opened / tried and/or the seal has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, a replacement will be issued to the customer. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to the customer.
If a product doesn't suit your skin, it is unfortunately not a ground for return. Skincare is subjective, and not all products will suit every person / skin. This is an inherent risk the buyer assumes when purchasing skincare, beauty, consumable items from anywhere. If you have any concerns on correct usage, you can reach out to us anytime and we'll do our best to guide you in using the product(s) correctly.
REFUND POLICY
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping and is within the conditions of return, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the us.
Once your return request is approved, our delivery agent will pick up the product from you. Once it reaches our warehouse, we will do a quality check and issue a complete refund to you. Normally, you will receive the refund within 7-14 business days in your source account. SALE POLICY
All orders placed during the sale are final and cannot be cancelled.
Please double-check your order and address before completing your purchase, as we will be unable to accommodate changes once the order is placed.
Our formulas are potent and we recommend all our products to be used within 6-8 months of your purchase.
Once a customer purchases the product, the storage conditions for the product thereafter are not in our control. And therefore if a product is spoilt after the recommended usage window, then we cannot take responsibility for it.
If you’re buying multiples of a product during the sale, please bear this in mind and ensure you can use up all the bottles within this window.
Due to high order volume during the sale, shipping may take a little longer than usual. Please be patient, we do try our best to dispatch all orders at the earliest.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order with an unboxing video and photos.
The sale format, terms and policies for domestic and international orders may differ.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change — and so do purchases. If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:
Order cancellations are only possible if the request is made before the order has been packed or dispatched.
Once your order has been processed for shipping, we will be unable to accommodate a cancellation request.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at customercare@theskinbeneath.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm if your cancellation request can be accommodated.
f your cancellation is approved and the order has not been dispatched, the full order amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 7–14 business days.
All orders placed during promotional events or sales are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed. If you've placed an order a couple of days before the sale , that is still not a ground for cancellation. Please review your cart and shipping address carefully before placing such orders.
