Ingredients Wellness – A Beauty Heroes Discovery August 2021

Hello, here I am today sharing a lovely discovery with you. What keeps me going about this blog is discovering indie brands and sharing my experience with you all. Its extremely difficult to find good, affordable Indie brands at times and am glad I am able to find some on this journey of mine.Sharing  Ingredients Wellness , a brand that creates simple yet beautiful formulas and stand out on their approach on Ingredients transparency with consumers.  The Brand not only stands out on this radical transparency but, also on its approach on farm to bottles. Emphasising on great products irrespective of age group, the products are meant for all adult age groups .

I got a chance to try their Body Oil, Plant water mist and Face Serum via Beauty heroes August 2021 discovery  and needless to say its a pretty simple line with fuss free usage. The packaging is travel friendly and the experience of product usage is beautiful.

The Face Serum is based in Rose Hydrosol with lactobacillus, tremella mushroom intended to calm and soothe dry skin. Lactobacillus when applied to skin, has shown to strengthen skins ability to defend itself from aggressors. Tremella mushroom is a lovely alternative to hyaluronic acid and is known to have better moisture holding capacity as compared to HA. Coupled with this, the serum has a bit of Rose EO and hence smells like fresh roses. Its a beautiful soft scent that dissipates soon after application. The Serum has a  nice hydrating gel like texture that is a bit sticky upon application but settles down in couple of minutes. Layers well with pretty much everything. I generally use it after a toner and before my moisturiser as on its own it may suffice only for warmer weather only for a oily skin type. I have thoroughly enjoyed this and didn’t have to rush through it as the shelf life holds good for 12 months after opening.

Plant water mist from Ingredient wellness has to be my favourite mist by far, period. With an aerosol pump its an experience in its own! One feels like walking right next to a fresh water spring. Or like walking through a breezy mist. I have been using it sparingly as I do not wish to be without it! I find Plant Mist best for in between skin care steps when you don’t want your skin to get too wet , best as a first hydrating layer, best for a spray on top of your balm or oil to ensure a good massage and slip. Also an in between hydrator over your powder mask if they are drying on your face. Its just so beautiful and versatile! I have used many and this ones stands purely for the finest spray mist.

The Plant water mist is like walking through a breezy mist! One of the finest mist spray and the experience is like no other.

The Body oil  smells like Orange Wafers. The scent isn’t strong and is more of a soft scent that dissipates after application, however its good enough to help you start your day with a fresh zing! I love the thought process behind the packaging. Very travel friendly and also comes with a lock to avoid any spills. The pump dispenses just the right amount and is very easy to use. Unlike other body oils where the pump dispensers either dispense less or more than required. Formulated in the base of Jojoba oil, this sinks easily and leaves the skin supple and non greasy and I love that since it can be easily used in summers too.

In a  nut shell,  the brand delivers simple formulas with full transparency. It definitely stands out in its own uinique way of communicating to the consumer via its standpoint on ingredients transparency right on its packaging. And well, its affordable,  little goes a long way! what more could you ask. If you are someone who is vowed by a fancy packaging, this is not your brand. But if you look beyond the packaging the products are solid and deliver well!
